STEM in Textiles PD

At the HEIA SA “STEM IN TEXTILES” Professional Development at Flinders at Tonsley, we saw emerging technology, textiles and how to bring it together! ✨

A huge thank you to Dr Marissa Bond, STEM Outreach Officer at Flinders University for making this possible with HEIA SA! 

We experienced a taste of designing our own laser cut buttons to take home, TinkerCAD 3D designing, Virtual Reality fashion design thanks to TFE Solutions, TAFE Fashion implementing emerging tech, a tour of Flinders at Tonsley, Trotec Laser Cutters and more! Every member received a Goody Bag of samples and information, morning tea supplied by local business Three Little Pods on site! ✨
